Gavin has done a lot of work for me and went above and beyond the extra mile, came out the night when my house was hit by lightning and did fix what he could, driving back and forth to get what he needed that same night and kept fixing and evaluating after that. He just fixed my vacuum cleaner too, where Sears asked for $99 up front and I would have had to bring the vac of course to their store, the return time would have been around Oct 17 Gavin picked it up from my house and returned it 2 hours later - FIXED - AND showed me a few tricks how to do some things myself.
