This is a 24-40 hour position for a busy nonprofit shelter and resale store. Ideal candidate has substantial professional experience recruiting, coordinating, motivating and delegating work to volunteers; has great people and communication skills; team-player; excellent computer, database management and organizational skills; is competent, caring and calm during crises; Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred; and having a truck is a plus. :Whistle
