- Knows how to drive Truck & Trailer
- Knowledge of Irrigation, Patios, Special Pave Patios, Retaining walls, Allen Block Walls
- Knowledge of Landscaping Equipment
- Knows how to Operate Equipment (Bobcats, etc.)
- Farm boy Mentality
- First to show, last to leave
- Professional appearance & Attitude
- Self-Motivated
- Landscape Architect or Designer a plus
