In need of areration on and established pasture

I am in need of aerating a field to plant grass seed before the snow is gone. Also in need to remove a pile of manure and place in my flower beds and garden. I am sure it will require machinery such as a skidster or a tracker. I live right behind the old Hutchinson lumber yard and would be willing to trade for house cleaning plus a small fee.
