Conifer coaches, I-9 Sports is looking for a basketball instructor or two for our program that will play on Thursdays from 5:30 to 8:00 for eight weeks beginning on Jan. 16 at Elk Creek Elementary. Basketball teaching knowledge is essential, but the ability to relate to, and have fun with kids is even more important.
The kids will be in 1st to 6th grades, split into younger and older groups (5:30-6:45 for the younger group and 6:45-8:00 for the older group). It is OK if you would like to teach only one of the age groups (if we don't find anyone who would teach both). You will have a couple of high school students as assistants. All of the equipment and a teaching curriculum will be provided. The hourly pay will be $15-$20 depending upon experience.
Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!
