House and Office Cleaning jobs

We are taking applications for helpers and cleaners:
WE ARE A CHRISTIAN BASED COMPANY THAT IS FAMILEY OWNED!
Helper:
Helpers are persons that are an assistant to a cleaner.
Helpers can be picked up by a crew member and helpers are not required to have a car, however a vehical that is good in the snow is a plus. Helpers will not need to provide any cleaning tools to begin and will be promoted to cleaner after a period that proves them for advancement. Pay begins at $11.00 per hour for a 30 day trail period.

All Staff:
Raises will be considered after you have proven yourself and you meet the requirements for Cleaner. After the trial period we require that you sign a contract for 3 months that will renew itself with no notice from you. We will require a three week period prior to your contract ending to end our agreement. During your three week notice to leave we also require you to train another cleaner and or helper to acquaint them with your assignments with our company before leaving your contract and recovering your final payment from our company.

Cleaner:
Cleaners are those with cleaning exspirence that is verifiable for for a period of at least 1 year and those with more experience will be considered a plus, cleaners whom work for established cleaning services is a plus. PAY IS BASED ON EXSPIRENCE!
Cleaners are required to have a vehicle that is good in the snow and we require you to drive in all conditions unless the local schools close, when this occurs we will allow our cleaners to arrive late to clean or not at all and reschedule.
Cleaners must also have basic cleaning tools to begin and to purchase their own basic tools after their 30 day trail period. Established Cleaners must provide their own liability insurance and a bond of $5000.00. We will verify your insurance quartly.
All staff are required to wear our t - shirts to promote the service and to display our stickers and car magnetics on their vehicles to comply with your contract with us. We will not allow you to clean as a separate business that competes against our company!

We also will preform a back ground check and may require a drug test when you are ask to do so.
WE ALSO PAY TRIP REIMBURSEMENT AND BONUSES FOR THOSE WHO PROVE THEMSELVES.
