The Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is currently hiring a part-time (15-20 hours per week) Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and financial tasks including, but are not limited to, bookkeeping, staffing the Visitor’s Center, coordinating the Chamber website (
http://www.goconifer.com
), sending out emails to the membership regarding a variety of Chamber activities, and assisting the President of the Board of Directors in the accomplishment of their responsibilities.
Requirements include experience in multiple software and hardware modalities, experience in QuickBooks, Office and Web based applications, and have the ability to work independently. Two years of customer service is preferred and residence in the Conifer metro area is required.
