The Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce is hiring an Executive Director. The Executive Director will be responsible for:
-increasing and maintaining membership in the organization;
-generating revenue through the sale of sponsorships to a variety of Chamber events;
-organizing Chamber functions including Mixers, Monthly Membership meetings, Ribbon Cuttings, etc.
-representing the Chamber to the public at a variety of community functions.
Requirements for the position include:
-a minimum of two years post-secondary education,
-customer service and/or successful direct sales experience,
-experience in the use of multiple software and hardware modalities and experience in fundraising.
The Executive Director must be a resident of the Foothills Community; work under the direction of the Chamber Board of Directors, and must be able to function independently. Previous Chamber of Commerce experience is highly desirable.
