Looking for a kind, patient and preferably experienced person to assist with caregiving of an 89 year old frail male patient.
Currently 16-24 hours / week; August 19 - October 18 32-40 hours / week.
Patient has multiple and significant disabilities resulting from near-blindness, diabetes, cardiac disease, status post-stroke, but is cognitively high-functioning. Will need assistance with most daily activities: showering, ambulation, incontinence wear, blood glucose testing 1x / day. May need to assist with performing daily range-of-motion and light exercises. Needs help getting out of or into bed.
Help with additional tasks are appreciated: Occasional food prep (nothing more complex than making a sandwich or heating up some soup). Dusting and sweeping the patient's room and changing of linens of patient's bed, as needed. Wiping down Bathroom with disinfectant after use.
Location: Hangen Ranch area near Alderfer / 3 Sisters Park

Reliable transportation a must.
Pay dependent on experience. $12.00 - $15.00
