I've been given approval by the owner of the Coney Island Hot Dog Stand in Bailey and CDOT to create a Christmas tree lot and to sell Christmas Trees in the Coney parking lot from Thanksgiving until Christmas.
If you've ever driven by the Coney on a weekend, you know the HUGE traffic it gets! Counting cars with Christmas Trees on top last year, my family counted over 200 cars from Morrison to Bailey!
I'm looking for someone to buy the correct permits, cut the trees, create the lot with fencing, lights etc. and run customer service. I'll handle keeping the parents and kids entertained, the credit card and cash transactions and then we'll split the profits.
I need to set this up THIS WEEK to prep for Thanksgiving weekend!
