Overview of position:
* First line contact with Bank customer
* Provides a complete range of customer services at the Bank, including opening new accounts, explaining available bank products and services and gathering customer information to process new and existing accounts.
* Performs all teller and new account related functions such as receiving, verifying, and providing receipts for all transactions of cash and/or checks, including all deposit accounts, safe deposit boxes, loan payments and tax deposits.
* Participates in regulatory compliance, sales, service and product training meetings.
* Represents the Bank in community affairs and civic organizations.
* Understands and maintains a strong working knowledge of bank products, regulations associated with the general bank and deposit/new accounts functions as well as general banking compliance
* Promotes bank by maintaining excellent customer relations and referring current and prospective customers to appropriate staff for needed assistance.

Skills / Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience. Excellent cash handling, interpersonal and communications skills. Good understanding of financial products and services. Needs good organizational skills.
Pay
Salary commensurate with experience.
