Morrison company seeks a Part Time HR Admin. Why drive into the city?
Flexible hours around the 9-3 time. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Admin with generalist background. Employee Relations is important.
Summary: Provides Human Resources support to staff members and management including but not limited to benefits administration, new staff member orientation, processing of new hire paperwork, maintenance of staff member records (manually and electronically) and response to staff member inquiries.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Minimum two years Human Resource generalist experience strongly preferred
Proven proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of staff member information and issues
Excellent customer service skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills required
Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service to all staff members by responding and handling requests in a timely manner.
Partners with management to communicate various human resources policies and procedures.
Processes benefits enrollment for all eligible staff members
Provides backup conducting/modifying staff member orientation
Process all employment verification and letters requested by staff members
Perform reference checks, background check, and staff handbook acknowledgement
Conducts initial screening of candidates for identified departments
Processes all staff member terminations including but not limited to separation notice, benefits cancellations and benefits deductions
Updates manual
Maintains all staff members files and keeps up to date
Completes other duties as assigned
