Mountain View Waste is looking for a passionate, highly motivated person with excellent phone, communication and data entry skills to fill our Customer Service Specialist Position. Candidate must be able to handle inbound calls in a busy phone environment while prioritizing and scheduling work accordingly. Candidate will be expected to provide information regarding new and existing services, including policies, procedures and terms in service. In addition, candidate must be able to keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide necessary follow-up Other general office duties to be performed as needed.
