Physical Therapist

Experienced Physical Therapist needed to do home visits in the foothills communities west of metro Denver. Service area includes: Jefferson, Clear Creek, Gilpin and Park Counties. Home health, hospice or geriatric experience preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience, a PT or DPT degree and an active Colorado license are required. Part-Time, flexible schedule.
