Busy high end restaurant in Fairplay seeking experienced kitchen staff to join our team! Salado, a Southwest restaurant is looking for reliable, hard working line and prep cooks as well as dishwashers. Must have the following skills:

Able to read and follow standardized recipes
Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
ServeSafe Certification preferred

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
