Conifer Physical Therapy is currently looking to add a Part-time Medical Receptionist (20-30 hrs per week) to our busy physical therapy practice located in Conifer, CO. We are also looking for Saturday coverage, so there is the possibility of this being a full time position.
Responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, checking in patients, verifying insurance, taking payments, scheduling appointments, scanning and sorting medical documents, faxing documents, returning patient phone calls, and light cleaning & laundry
Qualifications include:
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be friendly and welcoming
Able to balance cash drawer
Ability to be organized, multi-task and prioritize while being detail oriented.
Must be able to work independently, but also be part of a team.
Must have good communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have strong computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
