Root West, Inc. is a rapidly growing Interior Design Firm based in Conifer. We are seeking an experienced Kitchen/Bath Designer.

The ideal candidate would have experience selling residential cabinetry, designing and rendering stunning kitchens and baths in Chief Architect or 2020. Self-motivated with a passion for design, exceptional attention to detail, honest, ethical, independent thinker with excellent verbal and written skills. Must be customer-focused and skilled at comprehending and delivering the customer’s vision. Candidates must have the ability to problem solve and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Motivated to generate new business through networking, showroom floor coverage, prospecting, and referrals. Work schedule is very flexible, work from home or in the studio. Root West offers a positive, creative, supportive work environment. We do not currently offer any benefits; this is a 1099 position.

Requirements
Creative design skills and demonstrated history of selling luxury kitchen and bath projects. Expertise in 2020 or Chief Architect. Degree in Design or related field, Experience with custom cabinetry product lines. Professional portfolio that demonstrates experience designing quality cabinetry. Exceptional communication skills and a devotion to customer service, Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to manage multiple projects at a fast and organized pace.
