Sick of working nights? This is your chance to get out of it! We are looking for a motivated, fun, experienced sous chef to manage the daily kitchen operations at our fast paced winery/bistro. Professional training a plus. Must provide or be willing to obtain food protection manager certificate. Duties include purchasing, food prep including daily soups and specials, line cooking, quality control, food cost control, keeping an extremely clean and organized kitchen as well as manage kitchen and dishwashing crew.

Hours: Wednesday to Sunday 10-6
Occasional dinner parties, usually Friday or Saturday nights.
Salary negotiable, based on experience.

Full-time ยท $45,000 - $60,000 / year
