Independent Propane Company in Pine Junction is seeking an experienced full-time mechanic to manage our fleet. Pay range (based on experience) $23.00-$25.00/hr.
The qualified mechanic will be a self-starter, motivated individual, capable of maintaining approximately 15 vehicles ranging from light equipment to medium duty delivery trucks (gas and diesel). Class B CDL with no air brake restrictions, Haz-mat and tanker endorsements are required; but the company will train and pay for the right person to obtain these additions. Experience in the following areas is necessary: troubleshooting and repair of medium and light duty vehicles; including drive train, suspension, and electrical. Welding experience is beneficial but not required. Must have own tools. Successful applicants will be positive thinkers in good physical condition with excellent mechanical aptitude.
