We’re looking for a full-time experienced, dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team in Evergreen, Colorado (located in the foothills only 20 miles from downtown Denver).
About the position
This position will:
Support our Director of Resource Development, President & CEO, and Marketing and Operations leaders in a variety of administrative tasks including organization, documentation, and communication.
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
Provide administrative support for agency departments and committees.
Work 40 hours a week.
Be based out of our offices in Evergreen.
Be hourly and have access to a full benefits package.
Have a salary range of $17.80 to $23.00/hour.
About you
You must (required):
- Have an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in administrative support.
- Work well as part of an interdisciplinary team, have excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Show proven administrative or office assistant experience.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a strong attention to detail.
- Be experienced with database management.
- Have strong organizational and planning skills.
- Have outstanding customer service, phone, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Have proof of legal right to work in the United States.
Ideally, you will (preferred):
Have fundraising experience.
