Scope of Work
The Elk Creek Fire Protection District, Inter-Canyon Fire Protection District and North Fork Fire Protection District (“the District’s”) are seeking the services of qualified consultants to evaluate community support regarding complete consolidation of services, funding threshold, and expectations of delivery of services. Secondarily upon completion of the evaluation and the Districts’ determination to move forward with a ballot measure, develop a marketing campaign for the ballot measure.
The evaluation is expected to focus on the following:
Analysis of community support towards consolidation Funding threshold
Level of service expectations
Proposal Content
Proposals submitted should contain the following:
Understanding of the project
Work Plan and Methodology
List of references
Price
Project Timeline
Project management
Identify the project manager, team members and their qualifications
Time Requirements
Request for proposal issued July 25, 2022
Proposals Due 5:00 PM MT September 1, 2022
