Seems the snow thrower needs some repairs to the shoot. Does anyone have a recommendation for a repair person that can come out to the house?

Metal need replacing? or? welding?

Thank you, it turns out somehow ice formed in the shoot/turner mechanism and it was frozen in place so we got it fixed.
