Stress!

Stress: Stress in our everyday lives is normal and can help us learn and grow but stress can also cause us significant problems. The trick is learning how to take the helpful portion to heart and to eliminate or at least decrease the harmful effects.
Stress releases neurochemicals and hormones that prepare us for action (fight or flight responses), but if we don't take action, the stress response can lead to health problems. Prolonged, stressors that are unmanageable are the most damaging types of stress, yet we all encounter these in our lives.

Complete freedom from stress is death and that is not a great alternative to learning to live with stress without it equating to distress. Consequently, the secret of living with stress is having the upper hand over those emotional and physical problems you encounter.

Emotional stress oftentimes mutates into physical stress and ultimately may manifest as back and joint pain, bad posture and improper body mechanics. It hurts! In order to stop the pain, we must gently remind the body how to be comfortable again, and improving posture is a good first step.

To accomplish good posture, you should first complete an analysis and expert chiropractic examination. This will determine which physical areas of stress need correction. You will discover new and better ways to use your body without causing irritation to pain producing structures. In short, learn to live a life with stress but without distress.
