Ginger has been for many years my #1 remedy and spice of choice for all kinds of ailments! Another way, a little different from what they show in the video, is to grate the fresh ginger (about tbl spoon) into a large mug and steep in hot/boiling water for about 10 min (I leave the honey out as it simply is just another kind of sugar that I don;t want), strain and enjoy!
