Mt. Evans Hospice offers suicide survivors support group

Mt. Evans Home Health & Hospice has joined with Heartbeat, a national suicide survivors organization, to offer a drop-in support group for friends and family of suicide victims. The group, which is facilitated by Mt. Evans grief professionals and Heartbeat volunteers, provides education and support in a confidential environment.

The program is designed to be helpful both to those who have lost a loved one to suicide and those who wish to provide support to someone they know who is grieving.

The Suicide Survivors group meets the third Monday of each month from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Mt. Evans office, 3081 Bergen Peak Drive, Evergreen. For more information, call 303-674-6400.
