Free program for caregivers on financial & insurance issues

Caregiver Survival Skills is a free educational series presented by the Mountain Caregivers Resource Group. April’s topic, “Financial and Insurance Issues” will be presented by Janine Guillen, a Registered Nurse, attorney and MBA who is a board member at Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice. The program is designed to help participants figure out how to cover the costs of the care their loved one needs, including sources of financial assistance and information on what services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.

The free seminar will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, at the Evergreen Fire & Rescue Administration Building, 1802 Bergen Parkway, Evergreen.
