Dynamic Fitness offers several classes throughout the week.
Pilates with Kathy Crespo on Mondays at 4:30
Small Group Training with Nina Standifer on M, W, F at 7:15 am
High Intensity Interval Training with Jeff Cuno M, W, F at 5:30pm
Drops ins and Packs available for non-members.
Personal attention, all fitness levels will benefit.
