This year, 9Health is offering news ways for you to easily access affordable preventive screenings and to help you along your preventive health journey every day.

9Health Discovery Kit – Appointment Required
9Health and Quest Diagnostics have partnered to bring you the 9Health Discovery Kit. Build your own 9Health Discovery Kit, choose COVID-19 antibody testing, and important preventive health screenings, available at Quest Diagnostics Lab Patient Service Centers (PSC) throughout Colorado. Uncover your personal health risk factors and discover if you’ve had COVID-19 with the 9Health Discovery Kit.

9Health atHome
You may not be comfortable with an in-person visit with your healthcare provider, and that’s okay! Get preventive health screenings in the comfort of your home with 9Health atHome.

Prevention during a pandemic is more important than ever! To continue to provide preventive health options for our community, 9Health is offering 9Health screenings and Free flu shots/vouchers this fall at a limited number of fall fairs.

In order to protect Coloradans, we will be following CDC and the Tri-county Health Department COVID-19 safety requirements.

The 9Health Fairs are in Alma and Evergreen this weekend, in Bailey next weekend, and this year you must setup an appointment beforehand in order to participate.

9Health is pleased to offer health fairs in community locations to provide trusted preventive health screenings and free flu shots or vouchers.

Fasting is not required for screenings.
