Are you ready? Mentally and physically?
Do you have what it takes to get out to the slopes and have a great day of skiing or riding right from the start?
How's your cardiovascular conditioning?
Do you boots fit good? Make sure you have all your hi tech stuff - clothing, goggles, gloves, helmets, etc.
It's time to think about your gear. Tune up your skis/ board, check your bindings.
Always a good idea to bring them to the ski/board shop to have them checked out and worked on, if needed. Don't wait until you have a problem.
Workouts starting now will help tremendously. Not only will workouts help you be better right from the start, but it will also help you handle the long walk to the slopes, through the villages with all your "stuff", and it will also help you handle the cold weather better. Studies show those that are truly fit can withstand more extremes of weather better than those that are not in shape.
