Sun Salute - Surya Namaskar - one of my favorite vinyasa yoga flows (this is a fast version :) it can be done slower) doing this flow 108 times a day - according to ancient yogic wisdom guarantees eternal life :thumbsup:

Five, then I've gotta go do something else. I've tried hard to like yoga, but prefer pilates much more. The Sun Salute is a good quick one to do though!

the key to liking Yoga is to be very focused on the breath/pose alignment as well as the meditation part, SC. Pilates has similar movements but lacking the spiritual/meditative aspect. Not sure about the pranayam.
