Anyone know a good doc for working with adrenal failure/depression/fatigue and hypothyroidism?
Thanks!

I have a good book on the subject. Let me see if I can find it. It is about diet and that sort of thing. I think it is called. Tired of being tired. Let me see if I can find it. :)

Thanks! I have a few on the subject too. If you don't mind sharing, I'll come get it from you. The diet makes a HUGE difference, but how do I actually Fix the problem? How to heal the broken down, young-up the aged, cure the tired. yeah...that.

Loping Along: Have you heard of ART, (Muscle testing) or Naet? I wasn't so sure on these methods but muscle testing helped me quite a bit. The bloodtest results show you some things but it's difficult to pinpoint the areas of your body you should work on with bloodtests alone.

I just read a blog about muscle testing that can be done at home if you are interested.

My body was showing signs of thyroid issues and adrenal fatigue, but the bloodtests just weren't cutting it. The muscle testing helped me tremendously. Anyway, let me know if you are interested. I do know a great osteopath that uses muscle testing and other alternative methods.

lydian, thank you! I'd love to have the info. I use muscle testing on myself and my animals regularly, but haven't done too much with myself regarding this. I'd be very interested in talking with the osteopath as well if you could share their info? Thanks again!
