Animals are sold on the hoof by the pound and will be processed by Scanga Meat. Average price per pound including processing $4 - $5/lb but well worth it.(Processing paid by buyer) Don't want a whole animal; Hogs and lambs can be split in half and beef can be split into quarters. We can match you with another buyer if you only want part of an animal and don't have any one to split it with. Come out and support your local 4-H. Come early for a Buyers dinner before the sale(free with your buyer number). Look forward to seeing you there.
