Thank you, Anytime Fitness!

Thanks for the great gift of a one-year membership in response to my riveting essay on why I should get fit!
The equipment is great (I get to catch up on tv viewing while I exercise!)
The atmosphere is so friendly, I'm even getting over my 'fear of fit people and places'!
Really, I do thank you and am already seeing improvements in my mind & muscles!
Looking forward to the year ahead!

That's one reason to start jogging again -- to run from the camera faster.

Worth a try, how about after only?

Ummm.....maybe.....
ask me later.
In the meantime, even though I've experienced it before in other phases of my life, I am so amazed at the
difference in my mental & energy state in the short time that I've been exercising. It's so easy to forget.
Maybe someday soon I'll remember what my real name is.

Kate, you are most welcome! Thanks for the kind words...We are glad that you are experiencing positive changes-both physically and mentally. Hopefully your words can inspire more to take that first step towards a healthier life and get off the couch, away from the computer, and start moving!

Again, thanks Kate!

Regards,

Jack
