Attention Hunters! 1985 Southwind RV great for winter!

Great RV for going hunting in. I just purchased it in May. We used it over the summer as a spare room when my in-laws came to visit. They loved it. The A/C blows cold and the heater runs hot.

It's got the Chevy 454 big block gas motor and runs like a champ. Sleeps 7 or 8 depending on how many you let sleep in the pull-down bunk.

I'm trying to get $4200 for it (we paid about $5k when we bought it just a few months ago), but will consider any reasonable offer.

Thanks!!

Everything works and nothing doesn't work to the best of my knowledge.

During heavy rains this summer we saw two minor leaks. One above the bathroom window and the other near the front roof vent. Both were minor. Upon inspecting the roof, it appears a simple re-caulking with silicon (or similar sealant) along the seams is in order. The current/old one appears a little sun cracked. I'm guessing a few tubes of caulking from Ace and an afternoon would fix it right up.
