I saw a really cool industrial smoker at a restaurant. They are really cool because you can get any kind of wood pellets like mesquite. It get me to thinking, can you get a pellet smoker for your regular BBQ'er? I love smoked food and my smoker is difficult but worth it. However if I could get something similar to the restaurant one it would be awesome.
