... Tuesday Feb 14th, 3:30pm. This is a beginner yoga class for new students (men and women welcome) to Royal Yoga. Come and learn how to improve your health and your life through the practice of Vinyasa (flow) yoga classes, meditation, pranayam (breathing), relaxation. We also have workshops and outdoors yoga classes coming up.

5 week session $50, pre-pay and registration required.
