Wanted- SEEDS

Have an odd idea for a Christmas present for my nephew and his girl, and I need to start it this week. My problem? Wrong time of year for seeds!

Anyone know anyone locally selling seeds- mainly looking for tomato and herb seeds - without taking me to the cleaners for a packet of seeds?

or does anyone have leftover seeds they'd be willing to part with?
