The hot season came early for the owner of this $6 million Hamptons mansion.

A faulty chimney sparked a blaze yesterday throughout the Sag Harbor estate — which commands $220,000 rent for a stay from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The fire gutted the 11,000-square-foot colonial and caused the roof to collapse.
