April is Friends and Family Month

For the entire month of April, the Conifer Campus is hosting Friends and Family Month! Any friends or family can workout for the entire month of April for free! Taekwondo and martial arts are incredible ways to get in shape, build self-esteem and confidence and to encourage a positive lifestyle!

All 285Bound members are, of course, our friends, so please come and see us!!!
