Yoga Sculpt (Tuesdays): Integrates the balance and flexibility of yoga with a full body strengthening routine by combining a vinyasa flow with the use of light weights. You also get the benefits of a high intensity cardiovascular workout, as the class incorporates cardio bursts within each segment.
Yoga Fusion (YF) (Thursdays): A mixture of the static postures found in Bikrim based Hot Yoga combined with a Power Vinyasa flow. This class focuses on balance, in addition to attaining and maintaining proper body alignment. These are the elements that allow you to open the shoulders, hips and spine, as well as strengthening core and upper body.
