Guest Relations Team Member / TallGrass Aveda Spa & Salon

TallGrass Aveda Spa & Salon, in Evergreen, has full-time & part-time positions available in our Guest Relations department.

Tasks involved with this role include:
Provide tours of TallGrass Spa & Salon
Confirm appointments for our guests
Book appointments & handle guest requests
Handle point of sale transactions
Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, & concern for each guest's need in a professional manner
Help to keep TallGrass' facility clean & organized

Interested candidates must demonstrate:
Luxury guest service standards
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong computer skills
Outgoing personality
Confidence in handling point of sale transactions
Full-time or part-time availability
Flexible hours including weekends & evenings

Other skills that would be beneficial:
Knowledge of SpaBiz booking system
Experience working in a spa &/or salon
Knowledge of Aveda products
