Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?

A: At Splintered Forest, we strive to be a service-oriented business that involves the client fully in the process of the mitigation of their home. We want to work with homeowners to create solutions that work with the natural aesthetics of their property while also mitigating for both insurance and fire readiness purposes.

Q: What is your business' biggest challenge?

A: The biggest challenge we are currently facing is striving to meet the unique needs of each of our customers. Some homeowners wish to employ our mitigation team to completely take care of their property while others wish to take on some of the less technical work themselves. Due to our clients' differing needs, we have recently started offering fire mitigation equipment rentals, including chainsaws, chippers and log splitters at our new retail location. Our goal is that Splintered Forest has a complete solution for a client regardless of their budget or timeframe.

Splintered Forest has recently opened up our new location conveniently located at 7001 Hwy 73 right across from the bus barn in Evergreen. We have expanded and we are now offering not only our high quality fire mitigation service, but also the tools for those that wish to do it themselves. We use the same machines that we rent so they are always maintained and the blades are always sharp! We do this not only to serve our customers the best product possible, but also because we know the difference properly maintained equipment makes. Our machines are top of the line and come with multiple safety bars and mechanisms to ensure that you are running not only the best, but also the safest equipment available.
