I've been approved by CDOT and the owner of the historic Coney Island Hot Dog Stand in Bailey Colorado to sell Christmas Trees during the holiday season from the restaurant's BUSY location!

I'm looking for an experienced Christmas Tree Lot Company or Individual to make some serious cash together!

Coney Island Hot Dog stand has ENORMOUS drive by and foot traffic! It is a true food and fun destination for the entire Denver area and surrounding areas and is located right off of Highway 285 in lower Bailey which is the busy corridor to the Breckenridge Ski Area and Guanella Pass Road leading to historic Georgetown Colorado, another huge holiday tourist destination.
