Moore Lumber & Ace Hardware will host Ace Hardware’s J.D. Power Award Neighborhood Tour on Tuesday, March 24, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at our Pine Junction store. Ace Hardware, the largest retailer-owned hardware cooperative in the world, recently ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores” for the eighth year in a row by J.D. Power. Ace Hardware is celebrating the achievement by taking all eight J.D. Power trophies to more than 175 Ace stores across the country. Each individually owned and operated neighborhood Ace Hardware store is committed to ensuring exceptional customer service in the communities they serve. Ace’s J.D. Power Award Neighborhood Tour honors Ace retailers who provide their customers with a more personal kind of helpful. Moore Lumber & Ace Hardware has earned Ace Hardware’s highest rating as a Pinnacle Ace store, signifying it is in the top 7% of stores nationally.

“We strive to provide the highest customer service, and it is an honor to be recognized from our customers with this notable award,” said Bill Moore, who owns Moore Lumber & Ace Hardware with his son, Erin Moore. “We look forward to sharing this award with those who ranked us so high.” Customers will have the opportunity to take a photo with the prestigious trophies at the event, as well as win tour prizes and store gift certificates in appreciation for their continued support of the locally owned business.

Ace Hardware has received the ranking of “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores” since J.D. Power began this study eight years ago. The study is based on responses from more than 2,900 consumers who purchased home improvement products or services within the previous 12 months. Ace Hardware ranked highest among major retailers with an overall satisfaction index score of 791 on a 1,000-point scale. "Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
