He just repaired both a cooling system issue and 4WD issue on the Polaris. He texted me pictures all along the way of what was going on, found a perfectly good used part on EBay vs buying a new hub assembly (1/4 the price), and went WAAAYYYY above and beyond the call of duty on the job.
I am positive he didn’t charge me all the labor costs because the total fix was ½ of what I expected.
