Mom/Baby YOGA

Mom/Baby/Toddler Yoga Classes
starting Tuesday, August 25
at 2:00pm - 3:00pm

Classes are for moms and their babes 2 and younger. Older toddlers permitted if mom has a baby in the class and has gotten permission from Sophia or Carolyn.

1st class is Tuesday August 25 and will run weekly, 2-3pm.
Stay another hour after class for more baby playtime if you wish!

$12 per class (drop in)

. **4 class punch card available $40**

At this time, as weather permits, classes will be located outdoors on a flat elevated lawn on Carolyn's property.

Bring sunscreen for you and babe and anything else you think you need to both be comfortable. Dressing both mom & babe in layers is encouraged. There is a covered patio should you need a break from the sun. I will also have 2 large umbrellas in the yoga area for sunshade for the babes.

In event of rain, we can fit about 6 mamas (& their babes) in the house or on the covered patio for indoor yoga, so don't let weather stop you!

Bring a yoga mat or towel, and a blanket. A boppy for younger babes might be helpful. I have 1 boppy here for use.

Filtered water available for you to fill up your water bottle.

Breastfeeding welcome and encouraged - no need to "cover up"! Most all us moms are still BF!
