Saturday, October 24th!! ONE DAY ONLY from 7am-2pm. 
The 1st Ever Dick Mountain Drive Neighborhood Sale!!
Located in Bailey/Burland Ranchettes (top of Crow Hill, only 1.5 miles off of Hwy 285 and Rosalie Road/Sleepy Hollow to D. MTN. DR.).
One road and lots of great deals! Treasures include:
Horse tack (saddle, etc), baking/kitchen items, furniture, tools, a hutch, garden things, motorcycle saddle bags, 1991 Suzuki GSX1100G, children's life jackets, kids clothing, water table & slide, kids bikes, cabinet saw, miter box saw, and so much more.
(If there are other neighbors around that want to join in--great! If other roads nearby want to have a sale that day, too, that would be great, too!). Message or call 303-907-9170 if you need more directions or have questions.
