Massage helps to soothe nervous tension, increase blood circulation, and alleviate muscle cramping, tightening, and knots. NOTE: By advance appointment. Contact the Massage Therapists directly to schedule your appointment. District residents start at $70/hour, non-district residents at $84/hour for a one hour massage or get a 5-Punch card and save!
Don't have a lot of time and need something quicker? Get an after workout chair massage with Rob, available every Tuesday at Buchanan Rec Center from 9am-1pm. $10/$13 for 10 minutes.
