April 15 is near.
Got Questions?
Did you know you can still contribute to your IRA or Roth IRA for 2019 until April 15th of 2020?
It’s not too late to save money in your traditional or Roth IRA.
This years contribution limits are as follows:
$6,000 if you are under age 50
$7,000 if you are 50 or older
It’s good to remember this limit is per person, not per retirement account. You can have more than one IRA (for example a Traditional and Roth IRA). However, your total contributions for both cannot exceed the limit mentioned above. Also don’t forget you need to have earned income in order to contribute to an IRA.
