When are your yoga classes scheduled?

Hi! Yoga classes are every Wednesday 5:30-6:45pm and every Saturday from 9:00-10:15am starting on 11/3/10.

Eileen Moore-Koenigsberg is the yoga instructor. It is great for beginners through advanced yogis. These yoga classes are a combination of stretching, strengthening, breathing & conditioning for physical toning, mental clarity, emotional and spiritual soothing. Basic Hatha Yoga postures with an emphasis on Bikram methodology asanas will be utilized in a normal temperature room.
